HP PageWide Pro 477dw Drivers for Windows and Mac
HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer has been designed using a combination of inkjet and laser technologies. It is possible to produce a very large number of pages while maintaining an exceptionally low cost per printout. It comes with a flatbed scanner that has a high resolution as well as an automatic document feeder that can scan both sides of a page at once.
There are a number of different ways to connect to the printer, including wireless, Ethernet, USB, and NFC. The device does not support printing via Bluetooth, which is a shame. A further unpleasant aspect is the lack of color accuracy. This device produces images that have streaks that seem like fingerprints, despite the fact that the photo printing quality is rather decent. Although the cartridges are physically much longer than standard inkjet cartridges, the printer looks to print per line, similar to how inkjet printers do, rather than per dot, as laser printers do.
The speed at which the printing is done is excellent. Printing speeds of up to 50 pages per minute are possible for both black-and-white text and color documents (ppm). There are two trays for input, each with a wide slider. The first one can carry up to fifty standard sheets, while the second one can accommodate up to five hundred.
The HP PageWide Pro MFP 477dw has a really solid, reliable feel to it. The flatbed scanner cover, the body, and the sheetfed scanner all have a sturdy feel to them. By removing the entire panel on the left side of the device, it is possible to gain simple access to the paper jams, and the ink cartridges are also within easy reach of the front panel. The lid hinge of the flatbed scanner cannot be lifted for some reason, which makes it impossible to scan larger materials like books or instruction manuals.
